Welcome to Signal Desk Labs. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Signal Desk Labs provides web engineering, print design, and digital asset creation. Exact project scopes will always be agreed upon in writing before work commences and any out-of-scope requests will incur additional fees.

2. Payments

All projects require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion or immediately prior to the final source code handoff and server deployment.

3. Ownership

Upon final payment, you own 100% of the final deliverables, including source code, high-resolution PDFs, and deployed applications. Signal Desk Labs retains the right to use the completed work for portfolio purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the highly bespoke custom nature of our design and engineering work, deposits are entirely non-refundable once project commencement begins.
